The Vestibulator Flexion Disk is constructed of a 12" (30 cm) diameter Tumble Forms Roll mounted to a 20" (51 cm) diameter hardwood disc. The Flexion Disc is completely covered with the Tumble Forms Coating and comes complete with hardware for attaching suspension ropes. Supports up to 150 lbs.
